Exchanges and Returns
We stand behind every product we sell, and your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, we’re here to help! We accept exchanges and returns for items that are unused, unwashed, have their tags attached, and are in perfect condition with no signs of wear or pet hair. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
To initiate a return, email us at hello@kokopetstore.com with your order number, and we’ll provide you with the return instructions as quickly as possible. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
